      The salary was very competitive. At one time, there was a very competent CNO but they let her go

      Cons

      Can't keep a nursing director longer than 6 months, very poor leaderships including ceo and cfo. They both need to retire

      Pay was at the top, now has fallen behind surrounding hospitals

      Cons

      As mentioned, we have gone through many changes in HR and upper management! The CEO still can't pull us out of the gutter after almost 4 years, but still doesn't take a cut in his "end of year bonus". Departments lack updated or working equipment. No support for staff.

      Not much was positive. Some great co-workers.

      Cons

      Revolving door, employees are easily expendable, poor leadership, little to no training or tools needed to do your job, no support, zero stability.
