The work is very interesting - relating to secure data. The challenges are big, and it's rewarding to work on the big projects and figure out complex solutions. It's more involved than the average programming job. The other people at the office are helpful and there's a supportive atmosphere. Management are respectful of other cultures.

Cons

The company is very keen on staff using public transport rather than their own vehicle - so there's no car allowance and no parking space provided.
