Meganexus reviews

MegaNexus is a small company that is growing at considerable speed. The amount of project work gives employees a chance to take on responsibilities that may not be so easy to come by in a larger company. In my experience good performance is rewarded by increases in salary. I personally like the fact that any frustration can be aired very directly with the owner and/or line managers and this culture creates a strong team ethic from top to bottom. The main strength of the company is within the Justice sector. Clients should have no doubt that the huge amount of justice domain expertise and IT knowledge present at the company will serve them well.

- The people. Each review has mentioned this so far and it's worth reiterating. Everyone is very supportive of each other, good natured, helpful and friendly. There's a great sense of community and team spirit. It's not unusual to find us spending time together socially. I've made lifelong friends here - The work we do. In the grand scheme of things, our products do a lot of good and it's satisfying to be a part of projects which aim to help people in lots of different ways - The experience. I have had a lot of exposure to all the different aspects of software project management from a client-facing perspective - Senior management are actively trying to provide us with a better work environment
