You will get to work on latest technology stack Lot of learning opportunities by exposure to end to end development Salary hikes are good and you will get recognized for your work Excellent overtime policy, never seen such a respect for employees overtime anywhere else Good worklife balance Good working environment and people around are very helpful Open environment, anyone can directly discuss their issues with senior managers.

Cons

Few employees have travelled to UK, More onsite opportunities should be created to gain domain knowledge

Really starting to make changes to the internal systems and processes. The old mean penny pinching ways have departed with the old management team, they are still careful but sensible. Much more trust in people and a few people who were in for an easy ride have gone

Cons

Still a bit of the untrusting do as I say not as I do old management teammeet. Lack of control and systems still getting there but needs to move faster. Having tomirage for personal reasons
