Poorly trained Service Management Employees who don't always know the union contract and make-up answers that are not true and violate the negotiated contact. Managers who are nasty and rude and often time treat employees like something sticky that just won't come off the bottom of their shoes. No work-life balance period. When you work for Meijer that management wants you to be under the false assumption that you are now part of the "Meijer Family." I often wondered why I was not treated better and wondered what Fred Meijer would say if he knew what has happened to his stores now that he is gone.
