Business Outlook
Pros
The only good thing (depending on how you look at it) is the amount of hours. I worked in an extension of the store at Starbucks and I had all the hours in the world. And it was neat to work with a close knit team because I did make some good friends.
Cons
They overwork their employees and expect way too much for too little pay. God forbid if you sneeze and a toe goes out of line and you'll find yourself getting a 'stern talking to' from management. They are unsympathetic to emergencies and are quick to fire first and ask questions later. Their turn over rate, at least at my store, was unimaginable. It seemed every time I turned around there were new rules and regulations about something.
