Pros
-Weekday Lunch breaks with RPh overlap and closing pharmacy on single pharmacist days guarantees lunch break. -Rarely single pharmacist days of >8 hrs. -Pay about $0.40 per mile for floating to store other than your home store, also shortens your shift if you have a commute greater than 45 min. (E.g. One hour commute one-way knocks 30 min off your shift) -Provided face masks early in the pandemic so they seem to care -tech pay at slightly higher than average for industry (at least in my region) attracts arguably higher quality talent -Robust Third party help desk for claims assistance -Clinical Key (reference database) access on internal computers
Cons
-Certain benefits have disappeared over the past 5 years as the company has pushed to be competitive with the industry, like quarterly profit sharing -same push for metrics and immunizations as major chains. Lagging behind major chains by a few years though so that means they're probably aping strategies. -Drive thru
