*Expect one worker to do the job of 2-3. *Not enough pay for what they expect. *Newbies are hated amongst long standing employees. *Newbies are first blamed. *Managers are never at fault, only the grunts. *Long standing employees get away with everything (including, but not limited to: standing around and talking for lengthy amounts of time, work not getting done, things being pushed off onto newer employees.) *Managers will change a weekly schedule without notice. *Ask for two days off, and you end up working 8 days straight. *Doing jobs outside of signed-on job description. (Against Union Laws) *Lazy employees kept on while good employees are punished. *In Union. (My opinion of a con)

Where do I start? There are a few great team leaders and the others are just plain awful. Middle management is absolutely terrible. The work environment can be downright psychotic. Extreme drama, extreme pettiness, overworked staff and generally unhappy employees. You are not acknowledged for doing a good job, you are punished.
