Pros
Flexible Schedule so being there as a student is helpful-ish
Cons
Not enough space to complete work, too many task without enough labor, compensation is NOT worth the stress, focuses on "customer" surveys so only the negative is highlighted, pay raises are a joke because they are "company" performance based so it doesn't really matter what you do throughout the year, you can do spectacular but since the "company" didn't do too great, you get shafted every April.
