A lot of years and a lot of opportunities

I have worked at Melaleuca for a lot of years and have had many opportunities to grow and improve. There are a lot of great opportunities especially for individuals that are passionate and driven. The work life balance and challenges are the areas I feel are the best. It is an environment where passionate, team focused individuals can make a difference. There are real challenges, especially in a time of pandemic, and it is a place where real engagement is required. But you get to see the results of your efforts and see them make a real difference. The people help make it great here.
Cons
Every company has challenges, I have learned that generally it is as much about the individual as the company and if there was really anything that bad, I would have left long ago. I prefer just to work on changing and improving them.
