Pros
Melaleuca's culture is one of a kind. The team members are bright, sharp, and enthusiastic about their jobs. Melaleuca also has a wide variety of benefits ranging from wonderful health benefits, monthly product checks, generous 401(k) matching, and more. In addition, Melaleuca has always done great at recognizing team members who are going above and beyond in their roles. Throughout my time here, I have always felt that my efforts have been positively recognized and that the work I am doing is influential to the company's mission statement.
Cons
I would recommend that Melaleuca implements sick pay hours in addition to vacation hours. I believe this change would be positively received by Melaleuca's team members.
