Pros

Melaleuca is a great place to work and takes care of its employees. The people that I work with on a daily basis are excellent. The company is definitely family friendly. Based on my own experience, I was given a variety of responsibilities shortly after starting with the company. This has helped me develop and grow personally, and has been a great learning experience for me in my professional career. One of the best parts of my job is identifying areas of opportunity for the company and driving the analysis, decision making, and implementation of my ideas to help Melaleuca operate more efficiently.

Cons

Melaleuca expects a lot out of its employees. There are definitely times when the typical 40 hour work week is not achievable. For job seekers that are looking for a clock-in, clock-out, 40 hour per week job, realistically, Melaleuca is not the best fit for you.

Pros

I believe Melaleuca is a great company. I have worked here for several years. The company is focused on taking care of its customers and employees. The company is interested in setting and achieving goals. The environment is fast-paced. The work environment is team-oriented and allows employees to get exposure to many operational areas of the business, increase their knowledge, and bring forward recommendations to make the company better. Management works closely with employees at all levels and allows employees to help build the company. I have personally had the opportunity to make a difference and I’ve seen many others do the same. It’s great to be in an environment that allows employees to learn, develop their skills, and make improvements.

Cons

Occasionally employees need to work more than the normal 40 hours (45-50 hours from time to time.) Because the work environment is faced pace, it can be a little stressful sometimes to hit deadlines.
