Pros

1. Great work experience. Never thought I'd get such broad exposure to the business world. I've been given increasing responsibilities and had countless opportunities to develop professionally. Have received several promotions in my time here. 2. Amazing co-workers. I've never worked with a better collection of skilled and passionate professionals. Co-workers are A Players and leadership is outstanding. 3. Work is exciting, challenging and fun. It's refreshing to know that what I do on a daily basis matters. I love (and buy into) Melaleuca's mission of Enhancing Lives. 4. Exceptional benefits, and very affordable. My friends and family cannot believe how little I pay for me and my family's health, dental, vision. The company subsidizes this a lot to keep it super affordable for employees. Lots of other benefits like Profit Sharing, onsite restaurant, free onsite gym, free concierge program, bonuses and gift cards for exceptional performance, and employee longevity bonuses ($5,000 at 5 years, $10,000 at 10 years, etc.). Annual company picnics and Christmas parties (both have gifts and prizes) are legendary. 5. Employees are treated very well here. Frank VanderSloot is generous to the employees, not just publicly but privately as well. He has a big heart and watches out for the little guys.

Cons

1. It's TOUGH to get on this team (but if you do it's a great and fast ride). 2. Main facilities are in Idaho and Tennessee. Both are great places to live and work, but for those who are reluctant to relocate this can be an obstacle to enjoying a career at Melaleuca.
