      Pros

      This is one of the better jobs offered in Rexburg. They pay more than minimum wage and Spanish speakers earn a little more, so your mission really pays off.

      Cons

      Supervisors all seem fake. Nobody actually cares about the products they sell. If you sell like 100 extra products to customers, management might give you candy or a cup of soda.

      If you were to put together a checklist of what to look for in a company, it would be hard to find a company that checks all of the boxes. Things like: global company, work/life balance, ability to make an impact, great community, affordable market to live in, exposure to upper management, great pay and benefits, and achieving more than just earning a pay check (actually improving lives). I've stayed with Melaleuca for over 10 years because Melaleuca checks all of the boxes. When people that have worked in big markets or are from big cities like I am, stumble upon Melaleuca, it's like they just found a hidden gem. Very rare.

      Cons

      The winter in Idaho can be cold. Good thing our Global Headquarters has massive fireplaces.
