Pros

I love the people I work with and the environment. It’s clean and we have great facilities to use. If you’re working hard to advance there are opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Although they say you can grow within the company without a degree, it’s a lot harder/ they start you on way lower pay so it can take a long time to work up to it. But I appreciate that even without a degree they can help me advance and promote based off my work ethic and skills

Amazing culture of involvement with great benefits for me and my family. Melaleuca offers an amazing opportunity to learn and grow professionally. I see how great of a job we do at matching people's passions and skills with the companies needs.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons. Employees love what they do and the area is a great place to live. I wished I would have started my career earlier with Melaleuca.

Melaleuca is an Amazing place to work! I love my job, my boss and my Melaleuca Family! I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Melaleuca. The culture is positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me build my career at Melaleuca. Melaleuca’s core values are incredible. Being able to be a part of enhancing people’s lives every day and helping them reach their goals is rewarding and I love being part of the Melaleuca Family. The CEO and members of the management team truly care about our mission and the people. The management team is strong, trustworthy, honest, open to feedback and transparent. Our goals and the company’s future is always clear, and I love the excitement and passion of our CEO every time he talks about Melaleuca. They really value their employees, put an emphasis on work/life balance, and they offer many opportunities to grow.

Cons

Idaho is beautiful but sometimes has long winters.
