      Pros

      There is opportunity for growth and variety. Melaleuca does a lot in house. They do research, production, distribution, quality assurance, customer service, marketing, accounting, and a lot more. They want you to succeed and will help you find something that you love to do. They know their success is a direct result of your success. They care about the individual and have many programs set up to help the employee succeed such as: 401k, insurance, recognition programs, bonuses, someone to run errands for you, raises/evaluations, and longevity bonuses. There is accessibility to leadership and mentors.

      Cons

      Winters can be long in Idaho.

      Fast paced development with challenging, fun problems to solve

      Pros

      Coming out of college I never thought I would learn so much so quickly. My programming skills advanced far faster than I thought they would. In just a short time I have ben able to work on projects that deal with payment processing, shipping, and our global website. The business people are also fun to work with and are wiling to sit down and work through the problems. It is cool to see these project come to life and be used by so many customers worldwide.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get thrown into projects with little knowledge and experience. Senior devs are busy on projects as well so you sometimes have to dig and figure things out for yourself. When they are available they are always willing to help dig. At times project come with quick deadlines and take some "extra" effort to complete.

      Pros

      Melaleuca gives employees the opportunity to truly make an impact on the overall business. A lot of responsibility is given, which leads to rapid growth. (As long as you are hungry for that growth). Co-workers are amazing and Melaleuca ensures that they hire great talent which makes work so much more enjoyable. Additionally, you are currently available to work from home, which is amazing. I hope it continues forever. Other cool perks include things like on-site gym, Frank's errands (concierge), cafeteria, game room, etc.

      Cons

      At times, you are given constraints that are very challenging to work with. Whether that be time constraints or constraints regarding the type of work that can be done. Their benefits are alright compared to Idahoan companies but are inferior to what is available outside of Idaho.
