I genuinely enjoy working with the other people of the company. I get along well with my co-workers.

Cons

The salary simply sucks, unless you are a VP or something. Raises each year are typically under 1% for an employee. There are not very many career growth opportunities because Melaleuca's policy is to have a high turnover rate and pay their employees far below what they are worth.
