Pros
Melaleuca is a very principle-driven and mission-focused company. Employees all know and generally try to live the Mission Statement of Enhancing Lives. When major decisions and programs are being developed that impact customers, I have seen management incorporate the mission. It is good to work for a company that values its mission statement and doesn't treat it simply as a phrase on the wall. Many others have mentioned the benefits, which are also very nice. The monthly free products are great, insurance is better than many other employers in the area, and my family loves the company picnic!
Cons
Everyone is expected to work hard; which isn't a con, it is just the expectation. Given the high work demands though, the salary could be a little more competitive to compensate the added stresses.
