      Pros

      Great people with great attitude, it's a place were you feel you are important and appreciated. They give a lot of incentives and try to make the job more enjoyable and fun.

      Cons

      It's hard to get Christmas holiday time off, especially New Years Eve that falls during the ¨Month End¨ which is the time of the month were you work long hours and very intensively. Month Ends can be fun but vey exhaustive.

      .NO more driving in the cold,no more icy roads.I love being home with my kids.I make more money now,then I did working. I can work around my family.In another year I expect to make enough money for my husband to quit his job and that is my goal.The products speak for themselves they are excellant quality and they back every product with a 100% money back.I use all the products from cleaning supplies to make up and love them.

      Cons

      The only downside i have found is people putting up sites lying about melaleuca its a scam.That is so not true.People stating they are scam are taking money away from people who would benifit from melaleuca.

      Pros

      They have a good fitness center I like the product check I got every month I like the company picnic and Christmas party

      Cons

      They rank you based on things that don't have anything to do with your job, like World of Warcraft skill or how well you play the Wii The stress is too much. Lots of overtime, almost every week and you don't get paid
