Pros

Some extra benefits: Franks Errands; the Melaleuca Certificate; the July picnic is great for kids. Christmas party can be entertaining, fitness center is nice to have close by.

Cons

There is a lack of trust between all levels management and their employees in IT. They work you a ton of hours; favoritism towards certain people in IT is widespread. Forced rankings are degrading.

Pros

Concierge service is a very convenient and free benefit Fitness Center is quite good Free product each month saves on regular purchases Twice a year giveaways of free trips, toys, grills, other nice gifts

Cons

Frequent intervals of uncompensated overtime Dress is business attire, ties required at times, jeans, sneakers are forbidden, no casual days Management scans your emails, IM usage and web sites visited. Anything they deem inappropriate or not for business purposes can get you in trouble. Management mandates IT staff track their time to projects to the minute. They even record the times you swipe in and out of the building to keep you honest. Misreporting hours, even overtime, can get you written up. Rules are often applied unequally, HR is unsympathetic High turnover of IT staff - stress is a common complaint Promotions often reserved for friends and family

Pros

They have a really convenient fitness facility in the same building. Though they rarely offered official training, you get a lot of opportunity for hands on self-training. They have a clean work area and have decent hardware.

Cons

Lots of overtime (especially at month end and during customer events). Unbalanced ranking system that favors specific individuals, Unreasonible and unflexable deadlines.
