I love this company! The career paths are outstanding-the average longevity of employees reflects that! Every day at work is a new adventure and a new challenge. In my role I've been able to see management at a whole new level of caring and generosity and thoughtfulness to their teams. The family focused environment means a lot to me.

Cons

Melaleuca is a growing company with high expectations of their employees. The environment isn't always for everyone. It can be intense with short deadlines but if you like a challenge, it is so rewarding to see what an impact you can have on many lives. And it's fun to work with others with the same work ethic.

Melaleuca has an amazing benefit package including free product every month, one of the best insurance plans in the area, a free concierge service, loyalty bonuses, profit sharing, summer picnic, Christmas party, and of course job security. Melaleuca is a growth company with many opportunities to develop within the company. The company track record is impressive as well with $2 billion in annual sales. The Global Headquarters is beautiful and creates an enjoyable atmosphere.

Cons

With such a fast growth, there is naturally a lot of work that needs to be done to accomplish results. There will be stress throughout the year as various initiatives come up. There are two events that Melaleuca hosts that will require a lot of work building up to, and including, the actual event.

Melaleuca has been a wonderful career. One thing that drew me to Melaleuca was that the company values honesty, integrity, and hard work. There are not many places of employment that believe and live the mission of helping others like Melaleuca. I have been able to see growth in my career and in myself thanks to the wonderful managers, I have had. The ground rules and culture are in line with my values. This is a company that values hard work and loyalty. Putting in the extra time and going the extra mile does get recognized. I have appreciated the recognition I have received when I have gone above and beyond expectations. Melaleuca does love to celebrate success! I love the fact that no one is unapproachable or afraid to share ideas to help others grow in their career. This is a company that I can see myself being a part of for the long run. I look forward to being a part of the continued growth and watching lives change here!

Cons

With the great growth, we have seen there can be a loss of that small town feel. There can always be room for improvement when communicating with other departments within the company.
