Pros

Lots of changes but for the better: - Better benefits and no cost increase to employees - Transparent environment with frequent townhalls - Good down to earth people

Cons

Nothing is going to happen overnight and there are going to be ebbs and flows.

Pros

If you read the other reviews, you'll see that most folks will say that the best part of working at M&D is the co-workers. Now that we have been working from home for almost a year, and we don't see our co-workers anymore, this is no longer a "pro".

Cons

The current management team are all former employees of Nestle/Waters. They are systematically firing tenured, educated, valuable employees, and replacing them with rejects from Nestle/Waters. They have changed the face of this company, which is why I am now embarrassed to tell people where I work. We were even FORCED to sign confidentiality agreements.
