Pros

They have a knack for hiring great people.

Cons

Hands down, the worst place I have worked. You're paid a salary, but that turns out to be hourly. You need to make up hours for sick days or get docked. Half hour lunches, timed breaks between calls, complete lack of transparency, little faith in employees, less faith in customers, my supervisors often went behind my back and shipped more than customers ordered, then acted like it was silly to worry. Often repeated that most small businesses close in five years anyway so they were doing them a favor by overselling them for their space or budget. Nothing illegal I guess, but slippery and absolutely no looking out for employees.
