Pros

Some of the kindest, most talented and supportive folks I've worked with. Workplace culture has improved since the shift to remote work.

Cons

The lack of a clear development process means project management is all over the place, leading to lots of miscommunication and avoidable crunch. Frustrating to say the least. In the pre-COVID workplace, efforts by management to project a fun, happy-go-lucky attitude and environment felt disingenuous and at times downright disrespectful. I'm concerned that once work becomes in-person again, this issue will present itself again.
