Casual dress, some lovely people to work with

Cons

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I've had a Director ask me to get him coffee in front of other meeting participants, and laugh about it. There is rampant sexism, including women making suggestions, being ignored, and a man repeating the same things moments later and everyone chiming in on it. There are members of the staff that excel in passive aggression. At the same time I've had people come to me after meetings to ask if I was ok, and once actually brought me a glass of water!

If you like mindless work with zero work life balance , no benefits and zero appreciation , than this is the place for you !

Don't take work home with you. That is really the only pro.

Cons

No benefits or very poor benefits - your choice. No work life balance . No email, customers complain about it all the time. Owners drive Bentleys and Hummers but refuse to improve benefits. Company could be great but at the helm of greedy people.
