Pros

Start up location. Small school size. Staff in the same level as you are welcoming and often get along really well. PTO and vacation days accrued. the training is quite thorough. opportunities to grow in the company

Cons

I often felt that they treated their staff (aba counselors) with less respect. There wasn’t a lot of trust amongst my colleagues and supervisors. in a field like this you want to be able to ask others to help you. it’s still fairly new 1 year post opening but they change their “rules” a lot which could and have put staff at risk for injury. they treat all staff differently and it’s apparent. extremely short staffed because staff are always quitting. physically strenuous as well. i leave work and am ready to just shower, sleep, and eat. no time for anything else because of how physically strenuous it is.
