Good work for post graduates

Pros

The children are what make this job worth it. Every single day you will learn something new from these children; they will help teach you more about yourself than you ever thought possible. They are loving and caring, but also challenging to work with.. all part of the job. Worth it.

Cons

Behavioral challenges can be overwhelming at times. Constantly under-staffed which leads to higher risk for staff injury. Staff are pulled from various classrooms to work with children/clients they are unfamiliar with; which in turn leads to other classes becoming understaffed and a higher increase for injuries.
