Clients are amazing Paid mileage on drive time Passionate coworkers

Cons

Higher ups can be intense Unrealistic expectations (having staff drive in blizzard like weather) Will do work you did not sign up. Ex. If you sign up for EI and can only do EI due to medical restrictions, you will still work with adult clients

Overtime is available, even if you work as a program staff or residential staff. There is a lot of crossing over between jobs. Will gain experience.

Cons

They're consistently understaffed. Respect your break because you won't get another. The training was not very helpful.
