Pros

Compensation is good. Students Fast Paced working environment

Cons

Upper Management is clicky, almost like your in high school. You will easily notice who some of the managements pick and choose as employees they want to humanize. Extremely disorganized. Randomly being scheduled to work at different residential homes without notification.

Pros

Cheap lunches, some co workers were nice

Cons

Pay was too low for the job, you will get hurt you will get bullied by management. They do not care if you have health issues or a child to care for. You will get plenty of time off but they will give you a hard time if you try to use it. If you don’t live and breathe melmark you won’t fit in. Blood, sweat and tears are normal parts of the shift here. You will end up injured and have scars and permanent damage. If you don’t have health or mental problems you will develop them working here getting injured daily.
