Pros

The only pro was pay because that is the only way they can get people to stay.

Cons

The upper management is just a group of caddy women who love to degrade the rest of the team. Zero flexibility and you have to clock in and clock out. Management does not care about the kids or it’s employees.

Pros

The kids. The ABA counselors are all very amazing. Everyone is on the same team and so supportive of each other. There are a select few lead teachers that are also amazing, kind, caring, and supportive. I can’t express enough how amazing the ABAs are and some of the leads.

Cons

Management is awful. Top two directors of the whole school and SA1 are rude and not caring. Feedback you get from melmark is a score rating on a piece of paper. It is not professional at all. The feedback from management is more personal rather than about your professional work or work ethic. Feedback was given about persona problems and not work ethic. If your not “in” on their clique you will not get up in the company. This company is just awful do not work here unless you want to be ignored, undermined, or you enjoy feeling worthless. This company does not care about your mental health and how you feel. The fingers are always pointed at you and never at their management style. I cannot express enough that I would never work here ever again and I would not recommended anyone else to work here. Clinicians will also ignore you if you do not have a BCBA. The clinicians are never in the classroom to observe. They implement behavior plans without ever seeing the student for services. Clinicians also only care about who is in their “clique”.
