This is the most challenging job I have ever had in Special Education, but I do not regret a moment. The staff and supervisors are tight and supportive of each other, which is so important when the job is this difficult. Additionally, I do feel appreciated at Melmark and I hope that continues.

Cons

At this point, I am very happy and have no cons to share.
