      Drama, disrespect, rude behavior from higher ups, don’t acknowledge good employees and those who work hard, shady decisions-they promote wellness but treat their employees horribly!

      -Offer incentive Bonuses from 350-600 -Increase pay based on experience -Pay for license renewal -Set schedules

      Cons

      -Increased ratio of nurse to patient to 1:6 -Cant be a minute late without getting half a point -Drama between coworkers -Points don't fall off until the year to date= can only get 6-8 points based on full time position before repercussions
