Competitive starting salary. Flexible schedule outside of crunch time. Modest year-end bonus. Great frontline workers. Fun holiday giveaways. Great cafeteria. Staff emphasizes the caring culture.
Cons
Everyone is doing the work of 2 to 3 people. Expectations and deadlines change almost daily. Major turnover of low- and mid-level employees. Constantly hear "that's the way we've always done it" from managers. Annual raises are purely inflation adjustments. We were pressured to come into the office during the pandemic, despite having remote access.
