      Pros

      Great benefits, smart business people, innovative leadership. Pretty good pay compared to other hospitals. In a tough industry, this health system is packed with pretty good management and an even better strategy. You can move up from any position and they have fairly diverse management. Great training and development. They have management down to a science.

      Cons

      High pressure environment, not enough women in senior management roles. Pretty high turnover in some areas. Hospital industry in general is very competitive.

      Coworkers, PTO, and work life balance.

      Cons

      Management is puffed up and incompetent with little to no substance. The leadership is awful at this place.

      Pros

      Large player in Houston. Decent pay and benefits, with opportunities to move within. Strategic; always seeking ways to innovate, diversify, and capture larger market share.

      Cons

      Lots of "balls in the air." Ambitious, sometimes in too big a hurry. Somewhat paternalistic in terms of leadership style. Not particularly interested in soliciting true feedback from staff. Employee satisfaction survey is poorly designed and even more poorly implemented.
