      Nice hours, nice coworkers and patients

      Cons

      Lack of communication between management, HR and staff. Little processes in place. High turnover rate of staff and management. Scary poor documentation. Could not even find med lists on patients. A lot of frustration and low morale. Terrible benefits

      Pros

      Very rewarding to have patient interaction. Actually applying "Patent In Care Service". Others did not have same attitude. Enjoyed the busy work environment.

      Cons

      Negative work environment. Starts at top management at facility. VERY political. If a certain employee that was close to management did not like you, they would make your job miserable AND poor ethical standards when management allows it to happen and even participates. No unity - all departments disliked each other. Everyone telling on everyone for anything. One bad apple can ruin the whole batch.

      Opportunity for advancement, and room to move because they are all over Houston

      Cons

      Politics, They are supposedly Magnet but nurse to pt. ratio is awful with 7:1 on Tele in some of their hospitals. with the pt. turnaround being fast you can end up with 9-10 pt.'s a day.
