There is a prevailing atmosphere of negativity among the staff, as responses to inquiries or requests for assistance are often laden with attitude. Opportunities for advancement are minimal, and management does not seem to foster a culture of appreciation for the employees' contributions. Consequently, I would not recommend this workplace to others. Additionally, the nursing staff frequently assigns tasks without regard for the existing workload, seemingly indifferent to the stress placed on their colleagues. Despite reporting these concerns to management, there has been no noticeable improvement in the situation.

Overtime is not time and a half which is unfair when you have to get called back in for cases or you stay past your 12hrs due to being on call. Advancement opportunities is low.
