      Favorite Healthcare System I've Ever Worked For

      Pros

      I loved my colleagues at each MH location. The level of expectations on PRN was mostly within reason. The DEI work the hospital system and culture change they were working on made me proud to work there.

      Cons

      All day coverage at TMC when the residents were not quite ready was taxing. Getting some of the benefits as a PRN would have been nice.
