Pros
Steadily busy in the ER. Decent Benefits and pay. If you know how to be a good paramedic, the job isn't hard, you just have to deal with Nurses who think medics cant do much or know much. Shift differentials offered. Working indoors in AC lol.
Cons
They offer Male paramedics more than female, even when females have more experience. Leadership isn't always active in some locations and Management can be slow to make needed changes. Dealing with the public is always challenge. Some locations have great management who do their jobs, others not so much. Locations can vary greatly.
