      Patients, hours, and some co-workers.

      Cons

      Huge turnover. Management makes you feel so small and unimportant. Ask for your reasons why you're not happy but they are never present to see the reasons.. They say they care but actions show different. When they do come around they hardly even acknowledge you. Probably don't even know everyone's names. Seems like all they are worried about is their status and paychecks. Glad I found another place where I am appreciated.

      Cons

      HR department doesn't work in the best interest of the employees. Do not trust HR to maintain confidential conversation most are afraid of HR leaders relationships with board members.
