      Pros

      To help patients that are in need, to receive a steady paycheck, to receive benefits, to gain experience in your field.

      Cons

      Lack of teamwork, lack of support from human resources, several caretakers NOT caring about patients, supervisors were VERY incompetent, insurance changed to MHealth.....you could not see a doctor outside of the system. They only care about money.

      Pros

      Employees are collaborative, quality and safety focused. The organization has an employee fund in place that helps those employees experiencing a crisis by providing financial assistance. The organization is being proactive regarding health care reform.

      Cons

      Upper management says they care about retention... but are not loyal to long term employees. The organization forgets that employees are valuable and without them the organization could not function. The play lip service to the employee satisfaction survey.
