      Pros

      Excellent benefits and employee motivational programs. Appearance of team cooperation. Fairly good training and excellent phoysical working conditions. Benefits of a larger organization.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity to shine as an inovator. Top down management not receptive to new ideas. Limited opportunity for quick advancement. Too much politics being played and not an environment to take risks in.

      Pharmacy management team is weak and spineless. Pharmacy management team routinely turns a blind eye to problems. When you complain -- you are the problem. Management makes poor decisions causing the pharmacy to be overwhelmed.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule in my dept (imaging), my co workers and great. diverse group of people at this hospital.

      Cons

      The benefits used to be great but now they are terrible. $250 er copay on first visit $500 on the second visit. No pay increase for additional registries taken. Can only go to a memorial hermann hospital for care. Management doesnt communicate well. Pay is not competitive. Some of the doctors are incompentent.
