      Pros

      Large Organization....Prominent within the community....many social events for coworkers/mixers...recognition for good job

      Cons

      pay is not that great....when you mess up even when it's few and far between they want to fire you.... if you get a complaint about something that you did that was proper procedure you get totally ragged on by mgmt.

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime available to work. Nurses are allowed great autonomy.

      Cons

      Health insurance package shrinks everytime it is revised. If you are planning on going back to school there no help/program. Their focus is not on employee satisfaction but pt and pt's family happiness. Which translates into nurses are expendable.

      Vast array of specialties and departments, lots of opportunity, friendly environment, culturally diverse, knowledgable staff, good benefits, free parking, many locations

      Cons

      Not so easy to transfer to different department, distance from parking to building, management arrogance, lack of proper procedure protocol
