Pros
Benefits are amazing, including health care packages, retirement plans, etc. It's an amazing place to work in terms of feeling like you are doing something to support a great cause, and there's a really great sense of commitment by employees to work hard for the common cause of fighting cancer.
Cons
It's sometimes hard to stay connected to what is going on in other departments or areas outside of your own.
