Pros

The work environment is chill and people are nice

Cons

Your pay is really bad (42k base) and bonus you only get if you hit 100% quota. No partial bonus and no uncapped bonus. They if you hit quota and get your bonus they only give you 30% of it and hold the other 70% until you have been at the company for 15 months. Honestly if this is the only job you get fine take it otherwise keep looking the work is not worth it for how much they are paying you. Go work at Costco and get paid more. And it really depends on which client you sell for if you can even hit your quota. All your work could be done remotely but they are very strict on coming in person

Pros

Gets you sales experience, managers, and others on your team are extremely helpful Good culture & people there are great to work with Depending on your client, you have a chance of getting hired out There's a big alumni network that can help you out down the road All expenses paid vacation after 12 months

Cons

Low base pay Very client dependent, if you have a good client and campaign, you'll do great and earn a hybrid work model. If not... it can be very difficult. Mentally draining Not many opportunities for growth internally, many people leave before or at the end of their 15-month contract Bad PTO policy (low accrual rate) (but I never had a problem taking PTO when I did have it)

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're so glad you found the culture, support, and sales experience valuable, and that our alumni network and incentives made a positive impact. We’re sorry to hear you found the role mentally draining at times — the SDR role can be tough, but also incredibly rewarding! While we work to ensure our compensation and benefits are aligned with industry, we’re always looking for ways to enhance the employee experience so your feedback is valuable. It's disappointing to read your comments regarding growth, this was our highest scoring area in our most recent employee survey and we’re really proud of our promote-from-within model, offering plenty of opportunities to grow whether that’s advancing internally or through our popular hired-out program!
