Pros

I learnt a hell of a lot in my year at MemoryBlue, great people and opportunities for little to no experience. Excellent onboarding, very engaging - Joe & Endi do a great job! Line managers are brilliant. I had the pleasure of working with Cam who is seriously good at what he does, patient, supportive, and genuinely cares about your goals. Other managers are spoken highly of, particularly Med. From Day one having Josh in my corner was excellent. Always giving good advice and offering support when needed. I would highly recommend MemoryBlue if your looking to get into tech sales.

Cons

Campaign assignments are made by management rather than being led by rep preference, which can take some adjustment, though it does expose you to different industries.
