Pros

- The co-founders are genuinely involved and concerned about their employees ability to thrive and succeed, establishing strong connections with alumni who have left too. - Austin Deliver Manager is the best manager I've ever had. - Fun work culture, a lot of effort is made to make the environment as stimulating and enjoyable as possible - First Fridays - Austin office has created a culture of its own, there's a huge emphasis on doing your best but also being rewarded for doing THE best. - Work hard play hard mentality - The business model is genius. You have the ability to learn about the intricacies of sales in an environment that isn't as cut throat as your typical IT inside sales environment. The ability to work on multiple accounts gives you greater knowledge of technology solutions on the market and also allows you the chance to be hired out by a company you enjoy doing a campaign for. The opportunity for advancement through mB is unlike any other in this industry. - Constant training even after new hire on-boarding - Mentor is assigned to you to help you on a peer level with on-boarding and beyond.

Cons

- Be very on top of checking the accuracy of your pay outs. Especially with job that incorporates commission. - Sometimes turns into too much of a fratty environment (depending on the office), line between "still in college" versus "young professional" mentality might be crossed sometimes. If you want to call that a con.

Pros

- Excellent culture in the office, although it is smaller than the Headquarters based in Washington D.C - The position is catered towards recent college graduates, but good for someone who's already in the professional environment - A lot of valuable hands-on training; acts as a stepping stone into greater opportunities with much higher salaries - Great networking opportunities both within the company and with clients

Cons

- As an employee, you need to stay extremely diligent when looking at your commissions earned and other HR-related aspects of the position. - No 401K plan, medical benefits don't begin immediately
