Pros

My experience at mB was one that set me up for great opportunities in the tech space where I am a thriving sales head hunter today! The culture at mB gave me relationships that I will have for my career in sales. I learned strong skills in headhunting today that I will use throughout my entire sales career for building pipeline.

Cons

If you know you want to be an AE before mB and know the industry you want be in start at a company in that industry don’t come to mB if that’s the case. mB is a sales school after college that gets your feet wet in tech sales and helps you figure out where you want to be in a short period of time. mB will teach you how to book a meeting with a company but not how to qualify if it is a deal. You don’t learn how to qualify, that’s something you will learn after.

Pros

They promote brand new reps within 6 months or fired.

Cons

If you do not do everything exactly as they say, you won't be a good fit. That said, anything new or bold (even if proven successful) will be rejected if they didn't come to the wise decision first
