Pros

MemoryBlue gives all the tools, training and support you need to be successful. Those that both want to succeed and are willing to put in the work will go far here. The training is great! Other companies actually pay to send their employees to the same boot camp that all sales reps attend when starting at memoryBlue. The SDR role has the most structured training, however recruiters and managers get to attend both internal and external training events. The company is growing. They recently opened two new offices and doubled the size of their DC office. It’s a fun place to work! Happy hours, holiday parties, monthly culture club events and international vacations for top performers give you plenty of opportunity to make friends.

Cons

Sales is a tough job. Most have had a few hard days and will find themselves challenged at one point or another. Change happens often. Shifting strategy, changing campaigns or moving your desk could happen.
