Pros

Networking with other recent grads trying to break into sales. Learn lots about yourself and resilience. I would highly recommend many of my peers in the SDR role here to any future jobs.

Cons

Working at memoryblue would be a career setback for anyone graduating with a four year degree from an accredited university. You will be working side by side with peers who are 19 with GEDs and former felons. I would highly recommend not working with anyone who went into management at memoryblue. They have sketchy business practices and are certified in gaslighting. I would also highly recommend not working with anyone who goes into recruiting for memoryblue. Completely random if you have good client, training is terrible, if you get a bad client, you’re screwed. Clients are getting worse as memoryblue has established a not so great reputation for themselves. I say this job is a career setback because even though they have “growth opportunities”, the best you’re going to get out of working for memoryblue is another SDR job with one of your clients that’s probably a small start up with no health insurance, benefits, etc. Worst case you’ll end up stuck in recruiting or on their ever lengthening “ISR path to AE”. You get put in management if you’re evil or easily manipulated or both. Huge drinking / partying culture that management desperately wants to cover up. Look up any of their previous lawsuits before you accept a position here!

Pros

Fun and young office, good work events. Will hire you with no sales experience.

Cons

-Managers who were an SDR for 6 months then got promoted -Very weak training, development, and enablement -Success is largely campaign dependent -Any real talent gets up and leaves, meaning there's very few people to learn from -No tactical strategy in outreach, just a pure numbers game -From corporate down, leadership is an absolute mess

Pros

Nice area, fun elements to the workspace.

Cons

They have no interest in helping you grow. It's possible they do but they clearly always look at the bottom line and don't care for much else. If the company isn't always exceeding targets they start firing people and taking away stuff they promised when hiring. I saw a lot of people let go for stupid reasons. They’re also cheap and will not pay you money you’re owed if you’re not careful.
