Pros

The work environment is chill and people are nice

Cons

Your pay is really bad (42k base) and bonus you only get if you hit 100% quota. No partial bonus and no uncapped bonus. They if you hit quota and get your bonus they only give you 30% of it and hold the other 70% until you have been at the company for 15 months. Honestly if this is the only job you get fine take it otherwise keep looking the work is not worth it for how much they are paying you. Go work at Costco and get paid more. And it really depends on which client you sell for if you can even hit your quota. All your work could be done remotely but they are very strict on coming in person

Pros

- Entry Level - Decent pay if you have roommates or still live with parents - Makes finding other SDR jobs easy Summary: The only thing this company is good for is getting your six months of experience and then finding another job before they let you go for things that aren’t even your fault.

Cons

- Can’t choose your client - Management is NOT trained - It is Fraternity House culture - Drug usage - Alcohol in the work place - Sexual Harassment - Racial Harassment - Active Bullying Summary: This company is so unmanaged and out of control it is insane. The people there are so toxic and abuse their positions of power on the daily. You are constantly micromanaged and are disciplined for situations that are completely out of your control (Ex. A product that can’t sell/ A dead campaign). They LOVE putting people on performance improvement plans that are impossible to achieve so that they have an excuse to let you go. If you do not participate in their drinking activities (Especially their “First Friday” night event that is at bar/club) you will immediately be ostracized for it. It is like high school all over again. Management isn’t even trained, so they have no idea how to actually manage you, let alone do their jobs. If you really plan on coming here, don’t plan on staying for long. Get your six months and find another job, seriously.
