Open communication is key to ensuring that every team member feels heard and supported. We’ve also just launched an anonymous internal reporting channel if speaking up feels like a challenge.
While we acknowledge that there are always areas for growth, our recent employee surveys reflect positive sentiment regarding our culture and management. Many employees have shared that they feel a strong sense of belonging and support in their roles. However, we recognize that experiences vary, and we are committed to making improvements where needed.
